D2L Brightspace | Cannot View Courses

Students can access a course one day prior to the beginning of the course.
Student access ends one month following the last day of the course.

Make sure that you are you logging into D2L through the Minneapolis College homepage.  (minneapolis.edu)

Log into E-services and verify that you are registered for the courses.
If you are unable to log into E-services, reset your StarID password at starid.minnstate.edu.

Contact Student Services to see if you have any holds on your account.

If you have not been able to access your courses and/or you have not participated in the course for 2 weeks, you are automatically dropped from the course, unless you have been in contact with your instructor and have worked things out.

 

D2L Help and Tutoring

Students can schedule 1x1 appointments through Navigate for Advisor Appointments, Tutoring on Academic Subjects, Career Services, Counseling, Digital Literacy, such as Computer Basics, D2L Brightspace and Office 365.

  1. Log into Navigate

  2. Click on Appointments in the left side navigation

  3. Click Schedule an Appointment, it is blue button on the top right of the page

  4. From the dropdown, choose What type of appointment would you like to schedule and Find an Available Time.
