Outlook | Meeting Scheduling Assistant

Instructions

  1. Click New Meeting in the top ribbon and invite your attendees  




  2. Click on Scheduling Assistant also located in the top ribbon




  3. A new window will open, and show you the availability of all participants in the meeting invite. This makes it easy to see busy or free time for anyone invited to the meeting.              

    Adjust the vertical bold blue lines to set the meeting time.




    You can also adjust the date and time using the controls at the bottom of the dialog box




  4. You can Add Attendees as needed.




  5. Once you have selected the date time, click Meeting on the top ribbon to go back to the regular meeting/appointment invite screen.
