Using a Minneapolis campus phone in the Metro Classrooms, the 4 digit extension will work to call the Metro Help Desk.
Minneapolis College Technology Support covers the classroom media equipment for the MEC building basement, 1st and 3rd floor. This includes classroom projectors, dock cams, video or audio, network devices, switches, cables and wall jacks.
Any classroom or technology issues on the MEC 2nd floor need to be reported to the Metro Help Desk.
