What if I don't have a greeting recorded?
If a campus phone number does not have a personalized greeting recorded, the caller will get a message stating the user's mailbox has not been setup and to press 0 to dial an operator or to stay on the line to leave a voicemail. Most callers do not stay on the line long enough after hearing the dial an operator option, pressing 0 will send callers to the Technology Support line. If callers stay on the line and do not press 0, they will be able to leave a voicemail.
