Phone | Configuring the UC Client | Softphone and Voicemail Setup

If you are using the UC Client for the first time you will need to sign in, configure your settings and set up your voicemail. Once you have everything configured correctly your UC Client should auto launch moving forward.

If you are working remotely you will need to be connected to the VPN for the UC Client to work.

Voicemails should appear as an email with an attachment in your college email. Double click the attachment and it will play using VLC media player.

If you delete the voicemail from your phone, UC Client or email it will remove it everywhere.

If you are using a physical phone, the UC Client will not work on your PC. View phone instructions for using a physical phone
