DocuSign | Request Access to use Digital Signatures

DocuSign is secure way to get digital signatures. Upload PDFs or other documents that need to be signed. Add multiple signers as needed.
Request DocuSign access through the ISRS Security Administration Web App

Instructions

  1. Log into the Employee eServices Dashboard and click Home

  2. Click on Security Administration

  3. Go to Web and Add Web Roles

  4. Request DOCUSIGN_VIEWER access under the Electronic Signature Manager Approval Group

  5. Once access has been approved DocuSign will show up on the Employee Home Dashboard

  6. Under Administrative Applications, click DocuSign to sign in for the first time

  7. Sign in with your StarID and StarID password

  8. Send a request to purchasing@minneapolis.edu to change your DocuSign Viewer Role to a Sender Role which allows users to create forms and send envelopes.

  9. Review the DocuSign 101 Video on the ESM System Office SharePoint site 

You will need to be on campus or connected to the VPN to access the ISRS Security Administration and DocuSign links in the ISRS web apps.
