Outlook Web App | Focused Inbox and Other Folder

Focused inbox is a tool the web version of Outlook that automatically prioritizes your emails based on what is important.  This works similar to the Clutter folder.  The more you use the tool, the more intuitive it gets at deciding your preference for prioritization.

The Focused inbox is automatically enabled on in your Web App version of Outlook.


 


This feature can be enabled or disabled in Settings.


 

 

Use the toggle to turn this feature on or off. 



 

Click Other to view emails that have been filtered out.  



 

If you need to change an email from the Other inbox over to the Focused inbox, right click on the email you want moved, select the option Move to Focused inbox or Always Move to Focused inbox. The same steps can be taken to move something from the Focused inbox to the Other inbox.
